“Good selections at decent enough prices as well. The lady at the counter was very nice (even advised on the discount available if I were to get another clothing piece.. which was great of her). Meanwhile, another male employee seemed very cold.. would judgingly stare at you (while you’re shopping), but also unenthusiastic enough to ask for help.”

“I bought my first pair of HOKA shoes here and had a great experience. Before coming to Running Room Pointe-Claire, I had visited four other shoe stores at Fairview looking for the right pair, and the biggest difference here was definitely the service. They really take the time to help you find the right shoe for your feet. They visually analyze how you walk in each pair, explain what they’re seeing, and make recommendations based on how the shoes actually fit and support you rather than simply selling you a pair. I really appreciated the attention and personalized service. If you have foot issues or simply need some extra help finding the right running or walking shoes for your feet, this is definitely the place to go in the West Island.”
