I was approached by Bert and he took the time to ask me what I was looking for. He analyzed my feet and let me run with every shoe he brought out until I found something that fit my needs. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of good quality info. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will be sure to go back to endurance next time I am in Montreal. “I have trouble finding shoes that fit my specific needs (wide, cushion, depth, etc.) The sales clerk heard me out and brought the shoe I asked for but also mentioned he felt another model would be a better fit. He then brought said model ... and he was right. Excellent knowledge, friendly, informative & very pleasant. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I would like to thank her for having experienced, a second time in my life, this exemplary service in this very store. My last experience was two years ago with another assistant who offered equally satisfactory service.
Recommendation: Fitting room too small for those shopping for a complete wardrobe. I would recommend having one or two spacious cabins for these clients. The prestige aspect gives a personalized and enhanced experience.

My name is Katherine , and I went shopping today with my family — a party of five. We were all truly impressed by the incredible service we received from Hassan, the employee who helped us.
Even though he was assisting four other customers at the same time, Hassan managed to take care of all of us with no waiting, no mistakes, and complete professionalism. He was running around, working so hard, but he still stayed friendly, calm, and extremely helpful.
He gave us great advice, walked us through everything we needed, and answered every question with patience and knowledge. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated.
Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences my family and I have ever had.
If more employees were like Hassan, shopping would always be a good day.

She was incredibly helpful extremely accommodating and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. While I was there I was also greeted by another very friendly member of the team named Stacey. I believe she is the manager they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome comfortable and have such a fun pleasant interaction. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a terrific experience and unique pieces that others may not have.
