“My husband and I have bought multiple items from this business - XL Green Egg last year and gorgeous Berlin Gardens patio furniture this year. We have always had a great experience, but this last transaction for the garden furniture was truly exceptional. Kirk Sharkey went out of his way to ensure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, and his delivery guys were also A+. We are singing their praises and everyone who has seen the new furniture is blown away by how fabulous it is. Kirk, we will be back next year to furnish the lower deck area. “We initially ordered a new bedroom set in August 08, 2024 and were told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. After the 8 weeks we enquired only to learn that it would be Dec. 2024 before we would get our dresser, but, the other items were in the warehouse. (Nobody told us that part of our order was ready for delivery)
Very frustrated, but, long story short the Manager promised us we would have the dresser by Halloween, which never happened. We later attended the store and spoke with an amazing salesperson (Sawsan) and she found us the dresser and had it delivered to our house within 2 days. Now this is a salesperson who knows how to deal with customers with compassion and understanding and honesty. I will continue to buy from this Leons store but will only use Sawsan as a salesperson because I trust her experience/professionalism and overall knowledge in this business. Why she is not the Manager is beyond me. Last word: DON’T TRUST ANY TIME DELIVERY PROMISES……”

“We picked up a central vacuum unit for Nathan at Super Vacs Vacuums on Iris st. We were treated like royalty by Nathan because we had no idea what we needed to replace our older unit. He showed us some units and explained their power and size of house the said unit was good for…very informative and patient with us during our visit. We ended up buying the unit he recommended and told us to call should we have any questions regarding the installation. He explained how to install and I managed to installed the system with no issues what so ever. Thank you Nathan for taking the time to help us with our purchase. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs vacuums or repairs.”

Despite the fact that we couldn’t visit the store in person due to Covid restrictions, Adam was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product that would be best suited for our home. Adam answered our numerous questions through email and phone, and made sure we had everything we required for installation. We made a mistake in measuring our space and originally purchased a fireplace that was one size too big. We contacted Adam and he exchanged our fireplace for a smaller unit with no questions asked, he even personally delivered the fireplace to our home.As well, we had completed a lot of research on suppliers and pricing in the area for gas fireplaces and Burning Log had the best prices by far.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase, the customer service we received, and would definitely recommended Burning Log to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace for their home.”
“Five stars from start to finish. Ricardo is great. We bought a washing machine from him I started working with him by calling and asking questions about the machine. He was very professional and patient throughout. I asked him if he could match a competitor's price and he ended up beating their price. At the showroom, Ricardo and his team were friendly, professional and not too pushy. The appliance was delivered as scheduled, and the delivery team were professional, friendly and efficient. We will buy all of our appliances at Corbeil!”

“I went there on September 4, 2024, to buy some cellphone stands. An associate by the name of Najeem was helpful in locating some. He was very friendly and was not intimidating to approach if you required any assistance.
When I went to check out, Michelle was the cashier. He had a great smile and was very personable. Also, he was more than happy to give me extra free plastic bags when I requested extras.
Overall, my experience at Canada Computers at the Ottawa Downtown location was great, and I would definitely go there again.”
