“I have an older Dyson V7 stick vacuum that's been mostly lightly used over the years. I had been keeping it leaning against the wall without securing it, and it occasionally fell over. At some point, the cap on the dust bin came off. I put it back on, not realizing I had attached it backwards. It wouldn't line up properly, so I assumed I'd broken something and, in true me fashion, had duct taped it to secure it. Following that I found this west-end vacuum service and sales shop through an online search,. I called ahead to ask if they'd have the part and they did. The person who answered was helpful, good-natured and patient answering my questions. When I brought the vacuum in, I expected to have a new dust bin installed and to pay for the part and labour. Instead, someone brought my vacuum to the back for a technician to look at, and when they came back out, it was fixed. It turned out II'd put the cap on backwards so they reattached it properly, and that was it. No replacement part, no repair bill and no unnecessary work. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to take the time to help me. Dealing with this store reminded me of the good ole days when all dealings were with actual people who were friendly, helpful, ethical and conscientious. In a world of online bots and AI, how refreshing to have this kind of personal interaction. It had an impact and I left feeling grateful for the experience. I meant to send this weeks ago. Nevertheless better late than never. 😉 Thank you for the great service!”

“Excellent customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, they offered assistance. They were able to help me find the things I had searched previously online and compare them to some of their other items. It was a great visit and in the end I left with quite the deal. Adding to my previous review, the delivery guys were amazing. Very efficient and friendly. They were able to get my stuff in the rooms I desired in an organized format. It does help that my place is next to empty but they still did great work haha!”

“We recently purchased a fireplace from Burning Log and had a positive experience! Despite the fact that we couldn’t visit the store in person due to Covid restrictions, Adam was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product that would be best suited for our home. Adam answered our numerous questions through email and phone, and made sure we had everything we required for installation. We made a mistake in measuring our space and originally purchased a fireplace that was one size too big. We contacted Adam and he exchanged our fireplace for a smaller unit with no questions asked, he even personally delivered the fireplace to our home.As well, we had completed a lot of research on suppliers and pricing in the area for gas fireplaces and Burning Log had the best prices by far.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase, the customer service we received, and would definitely recommended Burning Log to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace for their home.”

“If you dont know much about computers, know a little bit, or are a nerd yourself this is definitely the place to go. For beginners, the sales staff are really nice and extremely knowledgeable. If you're trying to get your first build together but are a bit worried about compatibility or if you're not sure of everything you need I can guarantee they will make sure you get everything you need. To add to that if you are on a tight budget they can try to help you get what you need to have a functioning gaming computer. If you know a little but its not your expertise, this is absolutely the place to learn about more products. Already have your first build but looking to upgrade? These people can definitely help you. Unsure of liquid cooling? Looking to overclock or undervolt but not sure what you need to do so? Just ask them, if they dont know on hand they will know where to look to find out. Finally if you are a nerd yourself and are just looking to browse I feel completely confident that this is where you will feel at home. They have so many products and choices to look through and fidget with. You probably know exactly what it is you're looking for, and guess what; so do they. If you just want to vibe and nerd out with one of the staff theyre there for you. My latest visit I was helped by a young man named Lawson, I told him exactly what I was after and got exactly what I needed. I even bought a keyboard brand per his recommendation and am completely satisfied with it. Appreciate everything you guys are doing, and will return next time I need anything.”

“Great store, but no one was able to put my order through with our contractors account. Very frustrating since I had to pay for the materials myself and it will be very difficult to get reimbursed, since they will ask why I didn't put it on our account.”
