“We went to CAS looking for a freezer on the recommendation of a friend . Was not disappointed ! We dealt with Brendan who was very attentive to our needs - he didn’t push or try to upsell . He was patient and thorough making sure we read all the fine print so there would be no surprises . We were kept up to date on the delivery and was able to live track on the day of delivery so we had a good idea when the freezer was to arrive .
Delivery was seamless ! The guys unpacked and cleaned up all the packaging material . Would highly recommend using CAS for any appliances needed.”

Despite the fact that we couldn’t visit the store in person due to Covid restrictions, Adam was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product that would be best suited for our home. Adam answered our numerous questions through email and phone, and made sure we had everything we required for installation. We made a mistake in measuring our space and originally purchased a fireplace that was one size too big. We contacted Adam and he exchanged our fireplace for a smaller unit with no questions asked, he even personally delivered the fireplace to our home.As well, we had completed a lot of research on suppliers and pricing in the area for gas fireplaces and Burning Log had the best prices by far.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase, the customer service we received, and would definitely recommended Burning Log to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace for their home.”

“If you dont know much about computers, know a little bit, or are a nerd yourself this is definitely the place to go.
For beginners, the sales staff are really nice and extremely knowledgeable. If you're trying to get your first build together but are a bit worried about compatibility or if you're not sure of everything you need I can guarantee they will make sure you get everything you need.
To add to that if you are on a tight budget they can try to help you get what you need to have a functioning gaming computer.
If you know a little but its not your expertise, this is absolutely the place to learn about more products. Already have your first build but looking to upgrade? These people can definitely help you. Unsure of liquid cooling? Looking to overclock or undervolt but not sure what you need to do so? Just ask them, if they dont know on hand they will know where to look to find out.
Finally if you are a nerd yourself and are just looking to browse I feel completely confident that this is where you will feel at home. They have so many products and choices to look through and fidget with. You probably know exactly what it is you're looking for, and guess what; so do they. If you just want to vibe and nerd out with one of the staff theyre there for you.
My latest visit I was helped by a young man named Lawson, I told him exactly what I was after and got exactly what I needed. I even bought a keyboard brand per his recommendation and am completely satisfied with it.

“Duane and Kathleen provided wonderful, knowledgeable service in selling us a Napoleon Rogue 625 BBQ and arranging for its delivery. Tyler and Ryan did an awesome job delivering our BBQ up a steep hill and set of stairs on a hot day, and took the time to explain and demonstrate our new BBQ functions as well as post installation service and support. Really appreciated the full team effort and easy logistics to get us up and going!”
