Les 3 personnes auxquelles j'ai parlé ont été extrêmement compétentes dans leur domaine respectif. Non seulement on ne m'a pas fait répéter mon histoire 3 fois, mais j'ai reçu un service courtois et les agents semblaient AIMER leur travail. C'est malheureusement si rare de nos jours...
