My wife loves this store; we bought a chair that unfortunately had some issues after it being built and they took it back no problem and found another one in another store for an easy pickup!

It's a nice store, clean and friendly staff. Their hours are a bit off, Monday-Wednesday 10-6 which makes it difficult to shop during those days if you're working. Thursday-Friday 10-8, and the weekends are hours are short as well. However, other than that, great store.

While most girls in the shop were very welcoming and acted professionally, there was one who looked absolutely disinterested. Her behaviour was close to telling me where to go with my order which she dropped at the entrance door. Managers, do a bit of staff training!
