“The shop is completely out of my way, but I make sure to go there exclusively. Owner is awesome and he has very fair competitive prices. He also gave me a very fair value for some cards I sold him. Owner is passionate himself about the hobby and it's clear the way he deals with customers he loves ths hobby and it's not just a business for him. Store is definetly geared towards hockey but I always seem to find some nice football or baseball cards too.”
“Don't even get me STARTED on how amazing this place is for people with more uncommon interests in Ottawa. It literally has so much cool stuff and it's literally a diamond in the rough. It's one of the only places I can get cool stuff without spending too much or travelling too much because its location is perfect. Uhhhh so you should check it out”
“Came across Paper Papier (Ottawa) when looking for a specific hard to find fountain pen. Andrew, the store proprietor had full stock and was able to answer all my questions; didn't realize the differences between all the styles; I was so impressed with him and the store, I ended up purchasing five (5) Diplomat Viper pens to give as gifts to colleagues this season. Highly recommend this store!!!!”
“My first yesterday. What a store. Spotless, welcoming and well stocked. Varied topics. Dare I say trains and boats and planes. A return visit is a must now I have had time to rethink. Entrance to ample parking lot is off a small street a tad futher east of the main plaza entrance.

Wish there was a bigger selection of postcards/prints, and lovely to wall through. The drinks table is very thoughtful, and I look forward to buying some of the glass animals next time around!”

Let me start by saying it was Christmas time so I can only imagine how many orders they were packing in a day so the item mix up was forgivable. I emailed their support team and within 2 business day they had sent my order plus a return label for the item I received mistakenly. Excellent customer service, super friendly! “The staff are extremely helpful here and always assist me and my kids when we're looking for a product with a specific quality. My son recently was looking for art markers and the staff member was extremely patient and showed him the various types, explained the differences between them and let him try them out. This is very helpful considering the crazy price for them. Also, the 40% coupons are great. This store is worth checking out if you're creative or an artist!”

“I went here while visiting from BC. The staff were very friendly and helpful for a newbie. Food was typical casino style food. Chairs were a little uncomfortable and the fans were top speed so our papers were flying around. The caller we had was not the best with his French calling but other than that we had fun and would go again.”
