“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them. La Detente has taken care of my situation with speed and to my satisfaction. I have had other experiences with this store and was always satisfied. I am now another satisfied customer.”
