“What an amazing experience from start to finish. We first went to Obasan for a tour of the showroom. In their showroom, Laila and Darlie explained the technology behind the mattress and the customization process. We then had a trial period in a private room to test the custom bed configuration. When it came to delivery, the service was exceptional. Chris and Preet were professional, efficient and had a great knowledge for the mattress setup. We’ve been having the best sleep of our lives. We have no hesitation recommending Obasan and we can’t thank you enough!”

“Excellent customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, they offered assistance. They were able to help me find the things I had searched previously online and compare them to some of their other items. It was a great visit and in the end I left with quite the deal. Adding to my previous review, the delivery guys were amazing. Very efficient and friendly. They were able to get my stuff in the rooms I desired in an organized format. It does help that my place is next to empty but they still did great work haha!”

“Melanie was great at asking the right questions and having me try the right mattresses. I ended up buying the first one she had me try! Bought two pillows as well as a mattress protector, I was able to take advantage of a Black Friday sale. I always like Mattress Mart because of their free delivery and removal of the old mattress. 4 weeks later and we are still so happy with our mattress!”

“Drink machines are rarely functional. Often no syrup, coffee, milk or cream or machines out of order. Only one or two pop flavours working at any given time. Been a problem for years. Long lines are a frequent problem.”
