Have been going to Roxy since I got my puppy. She’s been amazing with him and he looooves her. Gets so excited when he realizes we’re going to see her. She does an amazing job on every haircut. He always comes back smelling great and his coat is so so so soft. Roxy is honest hardworking and extremely patient with my baby. Thank you a thousand times ! I completely trust her with my pup !

I speak English and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and no issues communicating. As far as the cost it's really about the same as other vets I have been to with my other animals. Whenever I come to Gatineau, which isn’t often, I try to stop in for the smoothie beer drinks. Delicious! Unfortunately, I don’t speak any French and the server didn’t speak English, so communication was limited. She was friendly though. :-)
