“I’m an American from New York state. On August 26, 2025, I stupidly backed my SUV into a ditch on a country road in Phillipsburg not far from the border. A nice man name James, from Phillipsburg, stopped while passing by, saw my predicament, and sensing my alarm, quickly contacted this garage and within 20 minutes tow driver Jessie James arrived and in an amazing five minutes had my car out of the ditch, with James in my driver’s seat. Talk about professional efficiency!
But what I will always remember more than anything from this incident, is how decent and friendly then two men were in a somewhat traumatic moment, being in another country. Thank you men, and this business.”
