Buzzfit is a gym that offers a fantastic customer experience, featuring a professional staff and a wide range of equipment. The gym is spacious, not overcrowded, and provides good value for the price. Recently, Buzzfit Kirkland has seen a tremendous improvement, especially in cleanliness, which has been appreciated by members. The staff is friendly and constructive, with trainers like Henry and Nicole receiving praise for their support and motivation. Nicole leads enjoyable fitness classes with dumbbells and resistance bands, and plans to offer classes in French starting in summer 2024. However, customer service can still be inconsistent, with some staff members not always attentive to the needs of the customers. Overall, members are happy with their experiences at Buzzfit.
I love the color coding of the machines, not all Buzzfits do it.

Amazing gym, great staff. Only wish would be that clients would stop wearing there winter shoes all over. Nothing like changing on a wet salty floor…
