I left little 4 year old Miss Mackenzie‘s skates up at the cottage but promised her we would try out the rink in Pointe Claire Village today. When we went to leave, I realized the impending disaster and phoned the guys nine minutes before the store was set to close. I gave them her sizes And rushed over. They waited for me and had sharpened little tiny skates and a new youth helmet waiting at the cash saving the day at 5:03! Special shout out to William and Liam, whose names I caught but to the whole crew that helped and stayed open to help me keep my promise to Miss Mack and save the day!
