“Amazing experience! Very clean store and a lot of variety of clothes. Same for the shoes but unfortunately, they didnt have a lot of stock in the store for the shoes i wanted to get. Many employees out there to help you and they are always active!”
“Some of these 1 star reviews are hard to read :( …. This store has been in business for over 30 years serving the West Island and surrounding area. Sounds like when someone doesn’t get their way they act entitled and petty!! This store offers excellent service and knows their products!!! This is why they’ve been in business for so long !”
“Came in a few days ago and had such a great experience. Had help from Jaime (highly recommend), he was super helpful, speedy and friendly. Great customer service!”
“What an awesome place to shop, I was greeted right away asking how my day was, not at all the way most stores work no pressure to buy and very knowledgeable. The staff was very energetic and the store well organized.”

“I bought my first pair of HOKA shoes here and had a great experience. Before coming to Running Room Pointe-Claire, I had visited four other shoe stores at Fairview looking for the right pair, and the biggest difference here was definitely the service.
They really take the time to help you find the right shoe for your feet. They visually analyze how you walk in each pair, explain what they’re seeing, and make recommendations based on how the shoes actually fit and support you rather than simply selling you a pair.
I really appreciated the attention and personalized service. If you have foot issues or simply need some extra help finding the right running or walking shoes for your feet, this is definitely the place to go in the West Island.”
