“I think they gave a good product, I have nothing to complain about on that front. But, on system requirement for programming, I'm not too sure about how good they are? I remember them giving me a weird "Yeah, you want 16gb of ram for your programming classes, right (and absolutely not for gaming)" *wink**wink*. I am so happy I ignored their advice as the people in my class that had 8gb (this was 3 years ago) of ram almost all had their computer crash (several times) due to low memory, and now, the company I work for provided me a computer with 64gb of ram, and I didnt ask for it, they gave me that because they think I'm going to need it. Other than that, no complaints.”

Already a good first impression on my part for this gesture of courtesy. Then, the manager Francis took the time to check the room for free to help me out. That's what I call high class service. “On the 19th of December i could not connect my Lenovo to wifi.On the recommendation of a friend I called Richard. He said we could go to his office between 1 & 3 or make an appointment for him to come to our home. After quickly assessing I was not a victim of a virus he was able to get my machine functioning with a wireless adapter and offered to help me return my computer to Lenovo as it still under Warranty. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and substantially undercharges in spite of his expertise and experience.Dorothy Levine”
