“What a welcome! As soon as we enter, an employee greets us with a big smile, she directs us to the right department according to our needs. Arriving at the paint department, Bob shows up (he doesn't go in another direction when he sees us like Canadian Tire for example). In one minute everything is found and it even mentions the specials and the best quality. Then, the hardware store, I show him the photos and he congratulates me since several customers arrive without photos or clear descriptions. So, in a few minutes, he helped me find everything. Arriving at the checkout, the exceptional employee offered me extraordinary personalized service. So I left Reno-dépôt with the best experience I have had in a building materials warehouse store. VIP treatment from entry to exit. I, who usually avoid these big warehouses, will come back here every time I need construction materials. Thanks to the whole team.”
