“I rented a Rug Doctor at this location and revived a ruined couch so that it looks like new. Rug Doctor is great! I've been shopping at this location for 30 years and service had always been courteous and helpful. This morning, a mean clerk almost destroyed all that good will, but another person made up for it. “Even though the two clerks in the front were too busy to be helpful & couldn’t tell me where D section in isle 11 was, the clerks at another location inside the store were great, looked up the part number I had from the internet and gave me directions to the other store Rona NDG where part would be found in their section D in isle 11. And I took bus 90 west of Cavendish to the 7000 block. This is the second time I have been at this store and the first time I also got a part number from the internet, clerk was very nice & found it for me. In this store don’t waste your time waiting for clerks too busy too help, since store wasn’t busy, find a clerk who will help, especially if you need to catch bus to the go to other store. The Rona catalog system that retrieves parts you need to improve your life, over the internet, is not too good to be true. The system is excellent & real.”
“I waltzed in today to buy a bath plug. Last night, I accidentally stabbed my former bath plug with a butter knife while trying to remove it. Anyways, I came into this small quincallerie de quartier looking lost as a puppy, but an employee offered help and guided me to the bath plug section. Lots of choice. I got what I needed!

Whether I've been at the Rona on Wellington to get plumbing parts, tools, or today looking for a glue to bond metal to plastic, Daniel has been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

“What is there to say? It's a Rona, you can buy all your gardening and construction material and tools here. There's knowledgeable staff and electricity and plenty of free parking. I came here to swap in my BBQ bonbonne and paid 30$. No complaints.
