“This morning, I was served by a lovely young lady in the pharmacy department. Her name was Jessica. My company has recently switched over to a new insurance company. I had no idea how to do this. She took her time and we went through step-by-step and she helped me go through the whole thing and got me onto the new insurance. Such a kind young lady. I wanna thank her for all our help. We need more employees like this way to go, Jessica.”
“Honestly I appreciate that they are now a Maxi & Cie staff there are super kind except for this one cashier. Now I know customer service is not always pleasant however this one cashier every time I get her she does not say hi/bonjour, she doesn’t tell you the price total of what to pay you have to look at her screen to know it , when she gives you the receipt it’s like she’s annoyed. I unfortunately next time will have to make a complaint to the supervisor and get her name. I do find this unacceptable.”

“Ladies there are really kind, responding and professional. I brought my prescription there for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, and a girl found something didn't add up, so contacted my dentist all by herself, and she WAS right, so in the end the prescription was modified. Before she wished me good luck in surgery, she explained in details how the medication should be taken properly. I wish them with whole my heart all the luck and success!!!”
