“I have a 59-inch Samsung 3D TV from 2011. But one day after turning on my TV, it turns off and then nothing. Unplugged and plugged in again, it started again but only to fail again a few minutes later and this time unplugging and plugging back in didn't work. What to do? 3D TVs are no longer available and with more than 400 3D films, buying a simple television is out of the question. I called, a very courteous guy came to pick up my television (there is a charge for that but I am on foot). The guy is clear, he'll see if it's possible to repair (which is what I want), calls me back and tells me that it's the "power supply" that's missing and I'm lucky, the part is available. My TV is working again and seems to be holding up.”

“I was referred to this store by a friend, and I was looking for a 24-inch stove. I am glad I found a Frigidaire stove here. It was a verygood find, and it was promptly delivered as promised. I realized later that the bulb was missing from the oven. I informed the owner, Mr. Largi, who came home in person to replace the bulb! Extraordinary customer service during times when after-sales service just does not exist anymore. I would recommend this store to anyone who has a budget and is looking for appliances in good condition. Many thanks, Mr. Largi!”
