“My only negative comment (reason for the 4 out of 5 stars), and the one I wanted to comment on, is the one surrounding the pressure put on us to have our medication prepared 24 hours in advance, whether when I call to have them prepared or when I go to the branch. It is not possible, for several reasons, to predict everything, for my part. This is the first time that I have observed such a practice which is really not accommodating and annoying (having dealt with several pharmacies before... therefore the majority of the Jean Coutu banner). It is very inconvenient to receive information informing us that I must have my medication prepared in advance. For this, I will now stop doing business with your branch and will instead turn to the one located near my friend's house.”
