A $500 A/C repair and 2 days later, it no longer works. (it can happen) ...but you have to accept an increase in costs due to their error on a part order, 2 unfulfilled reminder promises, an estimate for a tune-up without return and a "I don't care" consequences suffered. Ugh....
I am very disappointed!!! But they are nice. I still recommend this mechanic, my experience being surely due to a mix of circumstances. I still had to pay another mechanic again to finally resolve my problem, since they did not want to postpone my appointment. (the truck was in another mechanical workshop for a tune-up which I was never contacted after 1 week of waiting for the quote.”
“Long drive for a trip from NY to Montreal and low and behold my car started making weird noises when braking. They were right off the exit, had great Google Reviews and were open. So I call and they tell me to stop by. My car was on the lift 20 minutes after I showed up and I was out with new front brakes after another hour. I thank god for their work.
