“I visited Artemano for the first time and we were welcomed by a wonderful sales person, Louise. She took her time to walk us around when we told her about our pieces of interest. She checked and certified prices with patience. Her approach in sales is commendable because she did not use aggressive selling approach, and not persuasive. Though we had no intentions to buy, we ended up with a purchase. We appreciated the manner of approach, we felt respected and acknowledged as customers. She was warm, smiley and overall a great sales person. I had more pieces that I admired though pricey but I’m considering. I had a great experience at this place and hopefully it remains. I’m giving 4 stars because they are expensive.”
