“Janice was extremely helpful, as was the EQ3 customer service team; we had a measurement issue with the original couch order and the entry to our condo, and they were prompt, professional, and kind in helping us find another couch. They took responsibility for what was ultimately our error, and totally diffused our embarrassment. Janice reached out right away to offer some alternatives and we went to see her to find a replacement to the original couch we had chosen. Janice was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable both times we worked with her, and helped us find a great fit (literally and figuratively)! ?”
