“Janice was extremely helpful, as was the EQ3 customer service team; we had a measurement issue with the original couch order and the entry to our condo, and they were prompt, professional, and kind in helping us find another couch. They took responsibility for what was ultimately our error, and totally diffused our embarrassment.
