When I have a choice, I avoid all delivery by Purolator; truly the worst service, consistently. The delivery man does not ring the doorbell, then brings my packages back to the industrial district of Anjou, 10 km from my home. The countless criticisms are useless, Purolator responds with a corporate sales pitch, but no real solution is proposed, such as identifying collection points close to the recipients and not requiring going to a place very poorly served by public transport. common and difficult to access by bike. Please Purolator, do not respond to my criticism, unless it is to confirm a real solution, not just corporate bla-bla.”
