About PJC Jean Coutu
PJC Jean Coutu is a pharmacy appreciated for its friendly, professional, and knowledgeable pharmacists who provide excellent service, medical advice, and even home delivery. The pharmacy staff are wildly helpful, navigating healthcare and ensuring the best care. Many staff members are receptive, helpful, and offer personalized listening and advice.
The store offers a vast choice of beauty products, skincare, school essentials, seasonal articles, and necessities for care, with good prices and great deals. The service is generally described as sympathetic with thoughtful gestures.
However, experiences can vary by department. While some cashiers and floor staff are respectful, patient, and helpful, a minority of staff in other sections, like cosmetics, have been noted as unresponsive, preferring to chat instead of offering help.
