Ordered online, customer service lied to me, item was shipped when I was supposed to receive it and purolater lied about delivery attempt. Never buying from Best Buy again if they use purolater. They ruined Christmas.

I really didn’t enjoy my shopping experience at this location and left feeling pretty disappointed.
I ended up walking out and purchasing online because the employees here were unhelpful and unprofessional.
