My favourite BMO branch - usually uncrowded, and the staff have always been very polite and helpful dealing with whatever issue I had to come into the branch for. Turnover a bit higher than I'd like, but I suspect this is corporate policy!

Indeed the reviews were right.The teller didn't seem to care, just doing her job, talked so quiet, cant understand what she is saying.she looked energyless as if she is just waiting for her shift to end.
