After many emails and phone calls, Donia Chebil arranged to have the vehicle brought to the Montreal airport so that we could drive it to Quebec City as the rental office was closed after our flight arrived. It was also closed when we flew out at 6 am on Sunday. She provided exceptional service and helped us navigate the language barrier and all challenges.
