Minivan was easy to reserve, it was clean when I inspected it, the agent did a walk-around with me and noted any damage, the return was easy and the agent who accepted the return was friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Beware! They cannot rent cars to people under the age of 20. We found out the day of the pickup and they were unable to provide any sort of refund.
That being said, the worker who explained it to me was very polite and helpful.
