Éconofitness 24/7 is a gym open 24/7 every day of the year. It offers a super beau gym with a nice vibe, respectful people, and nice staff. The facility has quality equipment in great quantity, including free weights, cardio, and musculation sections. It is generally a clean space with nice lighting and is available at an affordable price. Some limitations are noted due to the very small space, which can make it hard to walk around when the gym is very busy and limits the number of different machines. There are usually two or three broken machines that take a while to get fixed. The welcome entrance can be gross in winter with wet stairs and soaking mats, and the toilets are sometimes dirty. Despite the space constraints, it is not full at all times. Members have access to the Circuit Express 30 minutes and exclusive discounts with partners. Platinum and Extra members can train any time and use the relaxation zone with massage chairs and hydromassage beds.

As someone who’s just starting out their workout journey, this gym was a great place to start! Chill staff, friendly environment, and a diverse selection of equipment for anything I needed. Overall a fantastic gym for fantastic progress

I sat in front outside on my bike and ate a Quarter pounder with cheese and bacon just to encourage the folks inside. I hope I helped.
