“I rarely take the time to write a review, but this time I wanted to highlight Sébastien's excellent service. To give you an idea, I spent a total of 11 hours over three days at Telus St-Denis. Don't get me wrong, it's not because he's incompetent or slow, but because my problem was complex.
Sébastien really makes sure to resolve each situation, for each client. I was able to watch him juggle two clients at once with remarkable efficiency. He might seem a little blunt to some, but that's just because he gets straight to the point and does everything he can before telling you "no."
Even though this branch is not the closest to my home, I am confident that the detour will still be worth it due to their excellent service.”

Beside getting me an amazing deal, Agent Trinh from the downtown office, took the time to explain to me the benefits that came with my new plan. She also made sure my services with my old plan were cancelled so I wouldn't be paying for 2 internet/tv connections.
