There is an ATM machine that is accessible through the entrance on Mont-Royal Avenue, but it is only open during the bank's regular hours. If you would like to access the 24/7 ATMs, they can be accessed by the entrance around the corner on Papineau. The branch management could do a better job of indicating this on the main...

The staff is simply rude and with a lot of bad attitude. Since we can’t get help over the phone form RBC we have to go into the branch but the people there aren’t friendly at all. They’re just plain disrespectful.
