What makes a bank branch stand out to me are the front counter customer reps. And at RBC's Guy St. branch, I've been lucky to have Jade assist me the last few times. She's great at solving problems, she's efficient, and she's kind. Other staff here are also conscientious, which makes it a pleasant branch to visit.
