“I rarely take the time to write a review, but this time I wanted to highlight Sébastien's excellent service. To give you an idea, I spent a total of 11 hours over three days at Telus St-Denis. Don't get me wrong, it's not because he's incompetent or slow, but because my problem was complex.

Sébastien really makes sure to resolve each situation, for each client. I was able to watch him juggle two clients at once with remarkable efficiency. He might seem a little blunt to some, but that's just because he gets straight to the point and does everything he can before telling you "no."

Even though this branch is not the closest to my home, I am confident that the detour will still be worth it due to their excellent service.”

“Please put a padlock on the bell internet box, which is located in the basement in the parking.Bell employees lock it with a regular latch, which is easily opened by scammers who turn off our Internet at night. And leave it unlocked”

“Called customer service August 5th, to order 500MB Fiber at my new place. They took all my details over the phone. They sent a router by Purolator, arrived in 2 days. August 11th got a text and email with an install date of Aug 13th before noon. Bell technician came at 10:30am and within an hour I was up and running. All this during busy season and at a great price.

A week later I was not getting the speed as advertised. Contacted tech support and the agent made me reconnect all cable and plugs, move my PC closer to the router and put me on the faster frequency. Fixed my issue in 10 minutes. All with very little wait times and friendly agents. Over 2 months now I am satisfied with the speed and service.

Pro tip 1: Fill in all the time slots for install availability, you will get quicker service.
