“I went to Fairview on Sunday to shop for my kids’ new wardrobe. As a mom of four, I usually put myself last, but I decided to treat myself to a pair of sweatpants that were listed at $30. I didn’t grab them right away, but an hour later I went back to spoil myself a little.

When I got to the cash, the associate—her name was Darleen—told me the sweatpants were actually on sale online and offered to price match them. Not only that, she helped me price match my entire purchase, and I ended up saving over $60!!!

I was SO happy. We were even chatting about how tough things are these days with the economy, and it was just so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about her customers.

I’ve worked in retail before, and honestly, customer service isn’t what it used to be. So coming across someone like Darleen really made my day. I left feeling happy, taken care of, and grateful I saved money too!
