“The meat is almost always exceptional, and in the worst case, it remains "only" very good haha! The place often has interesting specials, and the variety of vegetables is always nice and fresh. I've never had a bad experience shopping there.
In addition, there is a nice selection of bulk snack foods and Quebec beers. We love this place!

“Went in here to pick up some tasty steaks for a small Father's Day BBQ. The steaks did not disappoint. It was a picky crowd with everyone wanting different wellness, but I tried my best and pulled it off. Very tender and perfectly seasoned! I will pick these up again for sure!”
“FRIENDLY STAFF AND ONE OF THE MANAGERS IS GREAT. This is one of the better MAXIS in the area AS WELL AS the DU QUARTIER MAXI but that one is much smaller AND obviously have less selection of products. THIS MAXI has the home goods AND A large freezers section”

“I love iga..its beautiful and everything is fresh but there's young cashier there doesn't speak English and was very rude to me and actually mocked me.. this is sooo sad and makes me feel bad when I go there...very unpleasant...funny thing is I speak little French but I guess not enough for her.Having said that...I know thru my canadian husband that pepin family would not be happy with this behavior which is poor customer service.. “Wow! I am very happy to have done my grocery shopping at Provigo. I was passing through the area, I'm in Saint-Hubert, so I stopped to buy a few items and finally I did a complete grocery store. Lots of new products that aren't available elsewhere, big organic section. Very clean, I will go back.”

Plenty of parking plus indoor parking for those rainy/snowy days! Oh, and my truck can fit in the indoor parking 6.8’ of headroom and I need 6.7´for my pickup truck, so I am a Happy shopper!
They also have daily hot lunches available!
