“Super passionate and helpful employees. The service is impeccable. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because there are many customers at the same time but they take the time for each customer. In short, wonderful store and staff. Go trek chambly!”
“Great service, very present and involved owner who loves his work. Very honest when the skates can last another half or a season. Do not try to sell new when used is sufficient (for example for my son Atom 1).”
“Unfortunately I don't have the name of the clerk but I tip my hat to the man who served my partner on Saturday morning. He was shopping for hunting boots. Wide and thick feet, I don't need to draw pictures, it's sport, find something comfortable.
As soon as we arrived in the shoe section, he was able to answer questions and according to what my partner told him; he knew how to guide him and find him THE pair of boots.
He knew his stock pretty much by heart.
It’s impressive to see that there are still people who take their work to heart and who go out of their way to try to work for their clients.
You have found new customers!”
“This expert sport in Chambly offers excellent service. I bought 2 electric assistant bikes there. Located near the cycle path, I often stop there for clothes or cycling equipment. Even once I had a little noise in a wheel, I stopped there during my hike and the technician came out to check and made a little adjustment there in the parking lot and it was fixed! I say a big Wow for this little extra. Well done to the whole team.”
“The board came faster than expected and wrapped nicely. The price was great and shipping was free. Ordering from Quebec was cheaper than my local skate shop and it was hassle free. It was great to still be able to buy from a Canadian company.
Thanks Andre! Going out to ride my new board right now!”
“I came to this store to exchange espadrilles following a purchase on the internet. After a mistake, I show up at the opening, enter the business and walk towards the first person I see, a person of a certain age. Please note, I am not ageist because I myself am over fifty.
I wanted to put my espadrilles on the counter, but she said sharply: “Don’t put them there.” She didn't say, "Please don't put that there," which I think would have been more appropriate. But anyway, I move on and she directs me to another younger person.
This person asks me: “What do you want, sir?”, with exemplary kindness and great politeness. I explain the situation to her and she directs me to a very friendly, helpful and polite young man, who serves me very well.
Then, I return to the cash register where the young lady is, and she does research to find my invoice without me asking, all with a smile and great politeness. I want to point this out because it is now rare to find this among young people. I don't want to generalize, but I'm speaking from my personal experience.
I often see young people saying "tu" and "toé", which I consider to be a lack of respect. But the young people I saw here were very pleasant. I recommend this business to everyone. Saint-Hubert Thank you”
“We were looking for stockings for the race. We asked the first clerk we passed. He immediately took us to the right department and compared two companies. He knew his products very well.”
“Great experience in this expert sport. All the employees were very friendly including the owner who gave a discount on my daughter's badminton racket. My racket repair was done in just one day. Very good service.”

“Impeccable and professional service. Stéphane is an expert and answered all my questions, which allowed me to make an informed choice for the purchase of a hybrid bike. He adjusted my new bike perfectly for my height. I am very satisfied. Bravo and a big thank you!”
“Great customer service! I made an online ski and binding purchase and they reached out to let me know the items were not compatible. Excellent support catching the error and helping me find the right equipment.”
