“Amazing , simply amazing. I have never written a review for anything before , but after the experience I just had, I feel compelled. Long story short , my bike was in need of some love . I had broken some spokes (right at the beginning of my vacation) bike shops are always super busy this time of year so I was expecting at least a couple of days before they could service me. NOPE . I explained my situation and they were super understanding and took me right away . Went for a walk along Bourgogne and had an ice cream. 1 hour later I was back on my bike . All to say they are amazing and I will definitely go back and I encourage everyone to check out this shop wether shopping for a bike or for repairs. Thanks again to the team at Trek Chambly ?”

“This expert sport in Chambly offers excellent service. I bought 2 electric assistant bikes there. Located near the cycle path, I often stop there for clothes or cycling equipment. Even once I had a little noise in a wheel, I stopped there during my hike and the technician came out to check and made a little adjustment there in the parking lot and it was fixed! I say a big Wow for this little extra. Well done to the whole team.”

“I came to this store to exchange espadrilles following a purchase on the internet. After a mistake, I show up at the opening, enter the business and walk towards the first person I see, a person of a certain age. Please note, I am not ageist because I myself am over fifty.
I wanted to put my espadrilles on the counter, but she said sharply: “Don’t put them there.” She didn't say, "Please don't put that there," which I think would have been more appropriate. But anyway, I move on and she directs me to another younger person.
This person asks me: “What do you want, sir?”, with exemplary kindness and great politeness. I explain the situation to her and she directs me to a very friendly, helpful and polite young man, who serves me very well.
Then, I return to the cash register where the young lady is, and she does research to find my invoice without me asking, all with a smile and great politeness. I want to point this out because it is now rare to find this among young people. I don't want to generalize, but I'm speaking from my personal experience.
I often see young people saying "tu" and "toé", which I consider to be a lack of respect. But the young people I saw here were very pleasant. I recommend this business to everyone. Saint-Hubert Thank you”
