“I was travelling home and the alternator on my vehicle stopped working . I had another 3 hour drive ahead of me. I called CAA and my sister called the Canadian Tire in St. Hyacinthe. Gabriel, at the service centre, said that we could be towed there and my car would be looked at right away. He ordered the part I needed. It indeed was the alternator. It took 21/2 hours to replace. I was back on the road by 3:00pm. I thank you very much for taking me promptly in and fixing my car . Amazing service.”
