They are ok once you actually meet with someone, but they don't answer their phones so if you need anything account related you have to leave a message or go in and hope they're available. Considering their fees are so much higher/interest rates so much lower, they should at least offer better service than the robo-banks.

Nous sommes clients avec eux depuis plus de 30 ans et nous sommes toujours satisfaits des services, des produits, des recommandations pour nos besoins etc...... personnels gentil et compréhensif. Et ça répond toujours à nos attentes.
