“On March 19 around 4:50 p.m., I was quietly eating my McDonald's with my daughter when I heard the three employees next door (night owl) playing music very loudly and shouting at the top of their lungs, all three at the same time in the store. They were screaming like crazy, super angry like they were at a big party. After about 10 minutes, I got up and just looked at him. The employees gave me a thumbs up and said: do you have a problem? (laughing, as if I was disturbing their party).Later, I called Martin, the store manager. He handled my complaint and was incredibly kind. Very good manager who cares about his customers.”

“Le lave auto est pas le meilleur, par contre il ont souvent de la bouffe chaude à l'intérieur. Le personnel est ok. C'est toujours propre lorsque je passe. J'utilise assez souvent le lave auto même s'il lave pas parfait... c'est souvent le seul qui marche dans les environ. Attention pourrais faire la job pour votre auto. Pour ma ioniq 5 non il lave pas bien ou qu'il a l'aileron.”

“I leave Mont St-hilaire to go to this Petro-Canada because the car wash washes very well. Even though it's crowded with people, the courtyard is so big that we can move around easily. On the other hand, speaking of car washes, I find that when you buy a 5-wash card, it would be nice if it were less expensive.”

Faut pas oublié que la clientèle s'attache aux personnels, et que souvent les clients suivent les employés au nouvel emplois.
