I remove 1 star for the delivery service since the scheduled delivery time kept changing to later instead of 3 p.m. we received the mattress around 6 p.m. and the deliveries said that the delivery was external so could not not deliver it to the house...but at the store we didn't have any delivery options. The mattress is much harder when in store, after 1 week of back pain I called the store, the woman told me that it takes about 1 month for the mattress to be like in store. I hope it's true.”
