“This is a beautiful store with top end products and a good level of inventory.The staff however did not seem interested in helping or making sales. My family entered with clearly a high motivation to buy. We were looking to purchase 2 pairs of cleats, another pair of shoes and other accessories.We were never approached. Had to keep asking for help to try on pairs of shoes. No follow-up. No interest. Several times we considered going elsewhere despite the store having all the products we wanted.This was all despite several staff members being seemingly available talking to each other and on their phones.As a customer it was a disapointing experience. But as an owner of this business I would be even more disapointed.I spoke to the owner multiple times after this incident. I was impressed with her passion and dedication. She explained to me the steps she took to improve customer experience in the future. I highly recommend Premium Soccer given their dedication making sure their customers are taken care of.”
