“This is a supermarket I frequent. Today, I suddenly had the urge to make dessert, but we couldn't find a specific type of jam. So we found an employee named Vincent. He led us through most of the supermarket, even asking his colleagues. Finally, just as we were about to leave, Vincent appeared with the jam we wanted, giving us a huge surprise! We are very grateful for his patience and dedication to his work!”

“Like all IGAs, there is a superb selection of all kinds of food items, fresh, canned, dried, etc. There is also a special partnership with Rachelle Béry. Prices are always reasonable, and there is always something good on sale!
What's special about IGA extra Daigle is that fresh meals are prepared every day, ready to eat quickly and easily. There are also several mini-kiosks, including a butcher's, a delicatessen/cheese shop, a bakery, a fishmonger, and a kiosk for fresh desserts/cakes.

“Went with a couple of friends on a Tuesday evening and honestly did not expect such a lively crowd for a weeknight. We ended up lingering way longer than planned once we found the cheese vendor near the back corner, who let us sample at least five different local varieties without any pressure. The atmosphere felt genuinely community-driven, not touristy at all, and the vendors clearly knew their regulars by name. If you are even a little bit into food, this place earns a spot on your list without question.”
