She did her homework to answer our questions, she placed an order on the spot, she prepared a detailed sheet for the cashier and even got approval from her manager to be sure that everything would go smoothly for the cash register. . I have never been served so well!!!! Superb young employees you have in hand.

“I purchased an EGO electric snowblower from Cloutier, because this business was recommended to me for its excellent service and especially its after-sales service. I was told that if there was a breakdown in the device they were able to carry out repairs on site, unlike big box stores.
During my purchase, I was really satisfied with the sales service, the advice received and surprised to see all the products available on site. In addition to the friendly staff and the quality of the products, the store was truly impeccable.
Finally, a breakdown occurred on my snowblower, I went to the store to have it repaired. An employee contacted me 2 days later to tell me that the repair was done and that the work was done under warranty. Fast, courteous and efficient service.
We know that customer service has been lost in most businesses these days, but at Cloutier, it seems that it is a priority that their customers are satisfied.
