“Good service and very kind, just needs to improve communication
Despite an important and massive miscommunication over wether the PC I was buying could use wifi or not thus requiring an outside accessory for it, as well as discovering the use of Amazon at a store that purchases and resells used tech parts, they were an amazing help in helping me pick out a nice pc suited to my needs and even gave me discounted keyboard. Very kind and funny people even when becoming overwhelmed. Plus the sphinx cat peering at me while arriving/leaving was a welcoming sight. I will be returning for future repairs or aid alongside a translator.”
“Product was compatible as was advertised, and was delivered and worked well. Good value for the price. Only concern was a misleading statement that you can track the delivery, but turned out that is not the case when you opt for the standard free delivery (which was Canada Post and took a couple of weeks).”

After breaking the LCD panel on my MacBook Air, I knew it would be an expensive repair, but the owner was transparent and very helpful from the start. He took the time to help me weigh the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing the computer so that I felt informed, but not pressured. The repair was done in a little more than 24 hours, communication was quick and clear, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind. I truly felt they wanted to help and make the whole experience as positive and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.”

“I love this store... There's always new stuff on the market and they are the first to have it available. I purchase a great deal through them both online or directly in store. There is definitely more availablility via the website but this is a very large floor area, entirely dedicated to helping you build your next computer or upgrade something (even if you don't have to... Know what I mean, nudge nudge wink, wink).
Seriously, the people are extremely knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure to say hi to Connie who has been there for many many years. I hope you will find what you are looking for and enjoy your time there, as much as I have.”
