EVERYTHING he told us from the time we signed the contract to the time after we signed the contract stayed the same. He delivered exactly what he promised. Our two dogs are doing great. Our dogs have improved with their behavior issues, nutrition and sleep. Graham is very reachable and returns calls extremally fast. Also, btw the training \\\"pucks\\\" never scratched my Brazilian hardwood flooring.
