There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”

“Some people seem to be having issues with their service. I have lived in downtown Bristol for 7+ years now and have used only i3 Broadband (started off as another company) and I haven’t had any issues at all. I have only moved once though. I bought a arris modem/router combo from the previous company and it has worked since. The price has been better than Cox, which is a big plus. Maybe the issues people are having are location/house related?
Update: I moved and started using the i3 Broadband supplied modem/router rather my own since it was getting old. I am getting WAY better internet speed/latency now, but I am seeing the same random internet drops that others are seeing. I have a feeling that it’s the plume router that is causing the issue.”
