Klaus was so kind and respectful. I explained what I was looking for, my budget and he designed the most beautiful ring I could have imagined. I was having my mom’s engagement ring redesigned and the results were exceptional. The entire process was easy and Klaus communicated often and was very timely. “Instagram is how I discovered Elizabeth at Muse. I had an opal ring that needed a new setting and Elizabeth worked with me to figure out a new configuration that would protect the stone (which had several cracks) and turn this ring into something for me. To say that I am overjoyed by the transformation is an understatement. Elizabeth was open and thoughtful and came up with the perfect new setting for the ring. And when the stone setter expressed worries about damaging the stone, we talked through my options. In the end, I got this gorgeous ring,. I'd gladly work with her again if I wanted to repurpose other jewelry, or I'd visit her shop to find a great gift made by local artists as well as her own beautiful pieces.”

We are about an hour and half from Baxter’s and to mitigate travel he was able to do everything virtually while still feeling comfortable and confident in the final result since the communication was stellar.She guided us through when it would be the best time to get wedding bands so we could get perks from wedding band week. “This lovely shoppe is co-owned by two women who are RISD grads. Everything in the store is handmade, including candles, jewelry, blankets and wall art. It's hard to choose what to buy because everything in there is gorgeous and high-quality. I chatted with a friendly sales associate named Beth who not only told me all about the store's history, but also suggested local eateries and scenic views so that I could get the full Pawtuxet Village experience. I envision myself being a repeat customer here!”

“Just a tiny boutique with a big bang! I love this shop because somehow they always have what I don't know I want or need. In the beginning of the summer I got a dress by Choklate/Paris. I got a zillion compliments on it and then I bought another for a dear friends birthday and another for the fall. They have dresses /outfits for daily wear or special events that are super stylish and original. I have also picked up some great jewelry and a poncho for insanely reasonable prices. You won't be disappointed, it's da bomb.”

So politely odd was the exchange that: 1) I Only realized his name was on the building after asking him 2X...2) In 2023, a business owner took merchandise in his store from me, asked me to wait a few min and miraculously returned with said object repaired for FREE!!! **I Do~LUV RI”
“I've now had two 5-star experiences with Alan at Harbour Galleries. I won't go into detail, but suffice it to say that Alan went way above and beyond the standard of service that I'd expect from the average jewelry shop. I don't buy jewelry very often at all, so I can't honestly speak to whether the pricing seems low or high, but I can say that I'm perfectly satisfied with the value that I received, and especially so with the level of service that Alan provided. Very appreciative, and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.”
“Great coin shop. Fair prices, the guy is quite knowledgeable and good for a small discussion while shopping. Don't get why people are saying he's rude (apart from him getting upset if you insult his dogs, but what are you gonna do, it's his business) I personally find his dogs enjoyable to scratch and pet while looking at coins. Out of all the coin stores I've been to, he's the best stocked one too. Pretty much one of my favorites. Would give it 6 stars if I could, but it got covered up by the cigar smoke”

“Took two watches there that needed new batteries. Very friendly people. Replaced the batteries in 15-20 minutes. They have a collection of beautiful watches and jewelry. One of the very few places around us authorized to repair Rado watches.”
