“Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. All the while they had an adoption event going on. I can not say thank you enough! Best pet supplies store ever!”

“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Recently had to put my dog down (heart failure and stopped eating and drinking) and it was the most humane process ever. They even mailed a card! You will never find a better place to bring your dog! Friendly and empathetic staff”
“A beautiful and easy to access facility. I've attended multiple workshops and learned so much each time. It's clean, parking is free and right next to the building. Kat and the rest of the staff are so helpful and super passionate about an entirely positive experience both for dog and human. We are lucky to have them in RI!”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

We get all of our bird, food, dog food and rabbit food there as well as count on them to watch our 32-year-old cockatoo while we are away!Sydney and I cannot thank Pet Foods Plus enough for taking such good care of him while we were away.He is literally like a toddler who needs lots of attention, love & redirection ? we love him very much and it’s good to know that there is a place that he can stay and be well taken care of while we are away ?”
“I am SO thankful for East Bay Kennels. I feel confident that everyone who works there is a true dog lover. I am always relieved when I drop them off and they (2 Frenchies) pull away from me to get INTO the kennel. One pup has fear aggression- he is otherwise a sweet sweet baby - and this kennel has been willing to care for him with his special needs and allow me to continue to do what I need to do. Highly recommend ❤️.”

Staff saved my dog’s life and gave her the best care with amazing amounts of care and compassion.
They explained everything to me so that I was able to make difficult decisions with confidence. My dog was in the very best hands (and hearts).
Their pricing was by far the most affordable without compromising quality of care. In fact, they provided far better care than any other (much more expensive) vet I have previously used.
I could not recommend this vet more highly.

When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. “I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”
